The hepatitis A vaccinations will be held on Friday - please check the timetable which was printed on the reverse of the letter that was sent out today. Sports Day 2016
Tuesday , July 5th
Key Stage 2 - Mrs Hedges / Mrs Donnison / Mr Morgan / Mrs Tricker will start at 10.00am
Foundation Phase classes - Mrs Phillips / Miss Worton / Miss Thomas / Mrs Davies / Mrs Evans will start their competitions at 1.45pm.
This will help alleviate parking and access issues around the school site , as well as providing a much more enjoyable environment for everyone who can come along to support.
You are able to take your child(ren) home directly following the afternoon events which should finish at around 3.00pm
(No children are authorised to leave school at lunchtime following the KS2 sports)
Please remember that we do not allow photography of any sort on school grounds – thank you for your co-operation.Rhyd y Grug is holding its very own Race for Life event for Cancer Research UK and we’d love your son and/or daughter to join the fun.
Our youngsters are the generation that could see groundbreaking treatments and cures for
cancer in their lifetime. They’re the young warriors who could be the researchers and lifesavers of tomorrow. By taking part in Race for Life and uniting together against cancer, they’ll be doing something really special.
Cancer Research UK receives no government funding for their research, so the more of us who join the fight against cancer, the more money we can raise to beat cancer sooner.
