Thema'r dosbarth y tymor yma yw 'Miloedd o drychfilod.' Byddwn yn parhau i ganolbwyntio ar thema'r ardd, plannu a thrychfilod. Ahoi! Ahoi! yw thema'r ail hanner tymor a byddwn yn dysgu am fywyd môr ladron ac am fwynhau ar lân y môr.

Welcome to the Summer term!

Our theme this term is ' It's a bugs life!.' We will be continuing with the garden topic and learning about planting and mini beasts . During the second half term our topic is Ahoy! Ahoy! It's a pirates life for me!

Testunau trafod wythnosol/Weekly discussion topics

Rydym yn awyddus i ddatblygu sgilau trafod ynghyd â phatrymau mynegi barn y disgyblion yn ystod y tymor hwn. Cyflwynir testun trafod yn wythnosol yn y dosbarth a byddwn hefyd yn eich hysbysu chi gartref o’r testun yn llyfrau gwaith cartref ac ar y wefan fel eich bod yn gallu ei drafod cyn i’r disgyblion ei drafod ymhellach yn y dosbarth.

Hyderwn y bydd hyn yn cyfoethogi iaith y disgyblion fel eu bod yn gallu trafod testunau heriol yn fwyfwy hyderus yn y dyfodol.

We are eager to develop the pupils’ discussion skills and set language patterns for voicing opinions during this term. A discussion topic will be introduced in the class  on a weekly basis and we will inform you also of the topic in their home school link books and on the class page on the school website in order for you to discuss the topic at home before the pupils discuss it further in class.

We are confident that this will enrich the pupils’ oral language and that they’ll be able to discuss topics more confidently in the future.

Thema'r dosbarth y tymor yma yw 'Pethau Byw.' Byddwn yn canolbwyntio ar y fferm a thyfu bwyd yn ystod yr hanner tymor gyntaf gan ddilyn gyda thema'r ardd, plannu a thrychfilod yn ystod yr hanner tymor olaf.

Our theme this term is 'living things.' We will be learning about the farm, the animals and how food is grown during the first half term followed by the garden topic, planting and mini beasts during the second half term.

Cofiwch ein diwrnod Addysg Gorfforol yw Dydd Mawrth. Mae angen dillad addas a phriodol ar gyfer y gwersi sef crys t a siorts wedi eu labelu'n glir gydag enw'r plentyn.

Please remember that our Physical Education day is Tuesday! Your child will need to bring appropriate clothing in a bag clearly labelled with their name for the session.

It would also help if you could encourage your child to undress and dress themselves at home to support the ease of changing during PE.

Welcome to dosbarth Jac Do! 

Thema'r dosbarth y tymor yma yw Fi anhygoel!

Our class theme this term will be Marvellous Me!

Mae yna 38 o blant yn y dosbarth. Miss Worton a Mrs Hughes yw'r athrawon dosbarth a mae Mrs Carpenter, Mrs Thomas a Miss Brown yn cynorthwyo.

There are 38 pupils in the class. Miss Worton and Mrs Hughes are the class teachers and Mrs Carpenter, Mrs Thomas and Miss Brown are the support staff.

Ein diwrnod Addysg Gorfforol yw Dydd Mawrth. Mae angen dillad addas a phriodol ar gyfer y gwersi sef crys t a siorts wedi eu labelu'n glir gydag enw'r plentyn.

Our PE day is every Tuesday.The pupils need suitable and appropriate kit - T shirts and shorts - all items clearly labelled with their name and class

Ffrwyth ar gael yn ddyddiol am 30c

Fruit is available for 30p a day.

Danfonwyd gwaith cyswllt cartref adref bob Dydd Gwener. Bydd y gweithgareddau yn amrywio'n wythnosol ac yn seiliedig ar waith y dosbarth a gyflawnwyd yn ystod yr wythnos hynny.

Home tasks will be sent out on a Friday - these will vary from week to week as they are directly linked to the work being carried out in the classroom during the week.

Byddwn yn brysur tymor yma yn datblygu'r ardal tu allan felly os allwch chi gefnogi drwy gyfrannu unrhyw blanhigion, potiau, hen offer cegin / coginio er mwyn creu 'mud kitchen' neu offer garddio byddwn yn ddiolchgar iawn!

We will be very busy during the term developing our outdoor area - if you have any old pots, pans , old kitchen equipment for us to create a mud kitchen , then please send them to school as soon as possible

Miss Worton

Every Friday a group of children will bring home a special brown bag. These bags are called 'all about me bags.' They are an opportunity for the children to share their interests with their friends.  

Directions:

1. Fill this bag with 4 things that you can tell the class about yourself. (only 4, no more or no less)
2. All the objects have to fit in this bag.
3. Decorate the bag and outline as yourself.
4. Bring back the bag to school on Monday and be ready to

    share with the class.

                 I can’t wait to learn all about you!

Bob nos Wener bydd grwp o blant yn dod adref gyda bag bach brown arbennig. Mae'r bagiau yma yn rhai arbennig sydd yn rhoi cyfle i'r plant rhannu ei hoff bethau gyda'i ffrindiau.

1. Llenwnch y bag gyda 4 peth gallwch ddweud wrth y  dosbarth amdanoch chi. (Cofiwch dim ond 4!)
2. Bydd angen i bopeth fod yn y bag.
3. Addurnwch y bag.
4. Dewch ar bag yn ôl i’r ysgol ar Ddydd Llun er mwyn  rhannu gyda’ch ffrindiau yn y dosbarth.
